I am so excited to announce that I am now officially a Certified Personal Trainer! My new title is CI-CPT and am already using it. I had been asked to work for a company at the gym that I workout at and have started training this week. I couldn't be more excited and have finally found something that I am extremely passionate about (well, I have always loved the fitness industry but for some reason never explored the option of training until now). I am ready to begin helping others to get fit, stay healthy, and live a happier life due to fitness/nutrition. Bring it on!!
